How I QA code I never read.

AI agents will get you 70% of the way: a demo that looks finished. The last 30% is where products live or die, and you are never going to read all the code. This is my actual method instead: the spec before, the interrogation after, and the checks that catch what agents miss. Nine shipped products of scar tissue, on one page.
