Tell it a few things about your child, and a storyteller named Millie told a new story in seconds, with a picture on every page. It ran as a web app and an iOS app. I retired it in October 2026.
What it was
Bedtime stories are best when they are about your child, their bear, their odd little worries. So the mill asked for a few keywords and a storytelling style, then wrote the story and drew every page.
Why it stopped
Parents did use it. 54 people kept 77 stories in their library. That is a lovely handful, and not enough to justify paying for the story generation and the servers every month.
So I switched it off rather than let it quietly cost money. Nothing was wrong with it. It just never found its crowd.
The story
Use the arrow buttons, your arrow keys, or swipe. The pictures were made by the mill too.
If you have an idea that needs finishing, or you just want to say hello, tell me what you are working on. I read everything myself.
